The Pendleton Neighborhood Council was having issues with neighbors leaving pet waste all over the sidewalks and parks. They came to me because they wanted a series of signs to encourage neighbors to pick up their pet poop. The aim was to create something fun that put more pressure on each individual than the classic "please clean up after your pet" signs without feeling TOO aggressive.
